Register and Login

It's free and easy. In the REGISTER section of the site, you need to enter your mobile phone number and create a password. After that you will receive an SMS with a password to confirm your phone number registration on the site. After you register, log in to your profile.

Attention!
The phone number you want to register with www.e-pul.az should be valid!
Register your mobile number, leave the password section blank, click the "Forgot password" button and follow the instructions.
Masterpass Card Memory Card Rules: Go to the Accounts section, select My Cards, and add your bank card to Masterpass according to your requirements. During your operation, your card will be charged at random (up to 0.50zn). Complete the registration by typing the required amount into the box. The amount will be automatically returned to the card balance. If SMS banking is not enabled, you can get information about your card debit by contacting your bank.
The following cards are allowed to www.e-pul.az: BolKart (Bank Of Baku) and any cards of Visa and MasterCard.
You can check the status of the payment in the History menu in the cabinet. If you have not found the payment or you have a problem with the payment, please fill out a special online application form and send it to us, our specialists will contact you to address the issue, or call * 1919.
You can print the receipt in your personal cabinet or send it to your email address. In the history menu, find the payment, select the "Print" or "Send Email" button.
All registered users of E-Pul.az portal get bonuses for each payment they make. The bonus calculation method for each manat paid is indicated on the link https://www.e-pul.az/epay/resources/pdf/bonus_epul.pdf.
1. What is the advantage of automatic payment? You can adjust your payments to periodicity, amount and service. The card you choose between the cards registered in the system will automatically pay for the card. This service allows a user with an E-Money account to automatically delete systemic payments without his or her direct participation.
2. Is it possible to save automatic payments at any time?
If the user decides to save periodic payments, his / her personal account will be created differently. It can temporarily save automatic payments for any service or completely remove it from its automatic payment list.

Payment

1. What information does history contain?
Information on all payments made after registering on E-Pul.az is here. The user may receive the necessary payment by date, company name, amount.
2. What information is included in the search payment?
The information that a user will receive after applying for a payment is as follows:Date of past payments, name of paid service, amount of paid service, transaction card information, name of the company or person who received payment.
1. How can I use a virtual card?
For the first time in Azerbaijan you can get a Virtual Card at E-Pul.az. This is a virtual photo of a plastic card that does not exist. You can easily use this card for online shopping and making payments.
2. How much does a virtual card cost?
You can open a virtual card for a maximum of 500 AZN. The fee for the card is at least 2 AZN or 2% of the amount paid.
3. Where can I view virtual card information?
Sms sends the first and last 4 digits of the card, the reliability and the CVC code, and the 16 digits are recorded in the receipt by getting a receipt.
4. Can I increase my virtual card balance?
Yes, it is possible through:
• Money Box
•Plastic card
In the Debt section, the user can create a list of payers that they owe. The system checks the user account and provides information on the amount and source of the debt. This prevents debt delays.

Also, for the first time in the Caucasus, E-Pul.az has been integrated into the world most secure system, Masterpass.

What is the fee for money transfer services?


There are 2 tariff plans for electronic money: Standard and Premium

  • In the standard tariff plan, the maximum balance is 100 AZN / USD, and the usage limit is 1000 AZN / USD.
  • Premium tariff plans are canceled. Any amount can be uploaded to the cash register.

You can use the following authentication methods to switch to the Premium tariff plan:

  • Easy Signature
You can change the bonuses you earn on E-Pul.az for minutes of Azercell and Bakcell calls.
5000 bonus points for Azercell and Bakcell mobile operators can be changed for 10 minutes per minute.
Azercell minutes can be a maximum of 150 minutes per month. The Bakcell limit has not been applied. A maximum of 100 minutes can be obtained for each 2 mobile operators.
These minutes are intended for internal calls within 3 days.
Facebook Messenger users can interact with the new E-Pul.az Mesencer-Bot to pay for Mobile, Utility payments, as well as ask questions about the service.
E-Pul.az Bot can be added to your friendship with the QR code in the picture. This is just a camera for iOS, with a special app for Android, or you need to go to the Messenger app and find the E-Pul.az page in the search box. In the main menu, you can make Mobile Payments, Fixed Phone or Utility Payments.
